I still haven’t received my credentials.

Please ensure you have completed your Docusign. Upon completing, you will receive your Outlook email credentials. Once logged into your Outlook email, you will find your Freedom Forever Credentials.

I finished ProClass training but can’t access the Freedom Forever portal.

It takes a few business hours for your Freedom Forever Lightspeed portal to be unlocked once EDApp training is complete.

I forgot my password to my Outlook account.

Please refresh your page. If that did not help, try to use another browser. If you can’t access Outlook, use the reset your password link. If you are not able to reset your password, please request support from your leadership to escalate.

I’m having trouble accessing the Freedom Forever portal.

I’m having trouble accessing EverBright.

Lender access (i.e. Everbright, Sunrun, etc.) will provided within 24-48 hours. Instructions to set up these accounts will be sent to your outlook email. You can reset your password to EverBright by clicking this link: https://engine.goeverbright.com/auth/forgot_password

I need my SunRun credentials.

Lender access (i.e. Everbright, Sunrun, etc.) will provided within 24-48 hours. Instructions to set up these accounts will be sent to your outlook email. Within 48 hours of onboarding, you will receive an email from SOL (SunRun Online Learning) with a link to complete their training. Once you complete their online training, you will receive your credentials to SunRun.
